A History Adventure Camp at Linchester Mill
A crossing for kidnappers and escaping slaves, a major exit off the old Choptank Indian Trail “turnpike” and the home to an 18th century school house and one of the oldest grist mills in the country – this is the backdrop for an adventure back in time and the hands-on investigation of this county treasure.
Led by Linda Eckternach, “History Sleuth” and Social Sciences teacher at Lockerman Middle School. A partnership between Caroline Historical Society and Caroline County Recreation and Parks.
Grades 6 – 8, Monday- Thursday, 6/29 – 7/2, 9:00am – 2:00pm
